i really do think gold would look AWESOME with that color green. if it was any other color, i’d say black all the way.

and whichever color you choose for your shoes, the accessories MUST match! handbags, lots of jewelry (for this dress you need a thick necklace to make the whole look seem symetrical, lots of bracelets are in, etc), hats, scarfs are in.. i might actually get a cute hat for this dress that you can wear to an afterparty, tho you don’t want a hat *at* your prom or in your prom pics. if you choose a scarf instead of a necklace (which either would be a good choice, both could be very elegant, esp with the type of shoes you’re wanting; but i personally would go for a scarf because of the way the top of the dress is made. a necklace may offset the angles a bit), go for a material that is similar to the material the dress is made of, but go with a different color (gold or black, whichever you choose for your shoes) so it pops. as far as the shoes go, strappy sandals are AWESOME and very much in right now. i would go for something with a wedge heel..

one more thing about today’s fashion: think 80’s and you’re almost there. (LA fashion) (very cute) (you don’t exactly want to go with a cork wedge but this one is just an idea) (if you could find these in gold and black i think they would be absolutely AWESOME!)
